Good Time Rollers is the home site of Teddy Maricq’s blues band based in Wavre, Belgium. I had the honour of guesting with these guys in 2004 & 2005. Keep on rolling Teddy, Fred, Stama, Bull, Jean-Claude and Luc! The Starry Plough in Berkeley is my favourite watering hole in California. A great place for musicians, singers and music lovers of all genres. Cheers to Frances, Eileen and Rose! Stephen Morgan (Stevie) is a Welshman and a songwriter-singer who lives in California. He is a passionate man who lives his dream as half of Sandi & Stevie, with the equally brilliant (and more beautiful) Sandi. Above all, Stephen is my friend. Sandi Hunt is an American with a beautiful smile and “Magical Voice”. She studied vocalization under the tutelage of gospel Grammy honoree Edwin Hawkins and is half of the duo Sandi & Stevie. Patrick Nankervis is one of the new breed of rockers, hailing from Australia. He has recorded a great CD, “City Life”, which shows his mastery of a wide range of rock genres! Check it out! Sébi Lee is a young singer and piano player from Belgium who has the ability to light up the stage with his high octane unleaded style of playing and singing. Has been compared to a young Jerry Lee… but a lot better! Denis and Co. are four Belgian friends of mine who can illuminate any venue with their enthusiasm and musical ability. Their mix of French-folk, rock and original material is a sure-fire crowd pleaser. DKS Productions is a Music Production & Graphic Design studio in Hayward, California and is where the arrangement was done for my beautiful song ‘Sandy’ on the “City Life” CD with Stephen Morgan & Patrick Nankervis. The Black Brothers are Shay, Michael & Martin. Shay runs the Starry Plough sessions in Berkeley, California and inspired me to start singing and playing music again. Keep up the good work Shay! Tempest are a Celtic rock band based in Berkeley. Michael Mullen, fiddler extraordinary, is a friend and probably the worst falling-down step dancer in the world. Gregory David Roberts has survived heroin addiction and many years in prison, Wanted for ten years after escaping from jail, he's been a black market currency dealer and part of a Bombay mafia group and he's fronted a successful rock band in Germany. Then he wrote Shantaram, based on his wild life - a huge, ambitious novel that stunned critics all over the world. P.V. O’Donnell is a Donegal fiddler who now hosts a very successful weekly session at the popular City Steam Brewery Bar in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. Sandi & Stevie are children's songwriters and performers in California and are the creators of the Insect Songs & Sealife Songs CDs and concerts. Edel Fox & Ronan O’Flaherty hail from Milltown Malbay, County Clare and Galway City respectively. They have just released their self-titled debut album. Don Stiffe is from Headford in Galway. He has been singing for most of his life, having toured much of Ireland, the United States and Europe with his songs and singing. Clodagh McKenna is a chef and food consultant who is crusading for the connection between food producers and consumer. She felt that ‘good food’ in Ireland was becoming something of an ‘elitist sport’ and wanted to do everything to change it. She heads the’ slow food’ movement in Ireland. Lasairfhíona Ni Chonaola is a singer-songwriter deeply rooted in the sean-nós singing style of her home on Inis Oirr, Aran Islands. Her innovative approach to Irish music and her new slant on traditional singing makes her endeavours more appealing.
